Simple terms for families.

These terms govern use of Phonics Bugs, provided by Fractelle Inc. By using the app, the adult responsible for the device agrees to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms.

Family use

Phonics Bugs is an educational game, not a substitute for professional educational, medical, or developmental advice. An adult is responsible for choosing whether and how a child uses the app.

Purchases

The optional full unlock is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. Billing, refunds, and purchase-account management follow Apple's policies. A purchased entitlement can be restored through the app when the same Apple Account is eligible for it.

Acceptable use

You may use the app for personal and family purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app or its artwork except as permitted by law.

Availability

We work to keep the app reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device. Features may change as the app is improved. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
